Come Run: Wednesday Night is Speed Night

Every Wednesday night at 6 starting June 19th, Bob Underwood of the Adirondack Triathlon Club will host a group run at the Glens Falls YMCA track. The run will be approximately 60-90 minutes and include the following:

  • Warm up
  • Technique/Running form guidance and drills
  • Intervals/Speed work designed to meet your training/race goals (distance and speed is tailored to individual abilities)
  • Warm down/discussion

These runs are to help everyone gain a little bit of speed and work on basic running technique. It is fun and at times darn-right silly. It doesn’t matter what your pace is anyone and everyone is welcome. You will be guaranteed a great work out that ultimately helps cut some time off the run portion of your race!
